A superb rod for half the money of premium rods!
The Redington CPS rods have impressed us with both their good looks and their performance. These are imported rods that give the big name premium rods all they can handle at half the price! They are very light in weight and have a surprising amount of punch. The freshwater rods all come with a Western style grip, nickel plated uplock seat and rosewood insert. The saltwater models have full wells grips and black annodized aluminum seats. These rods have won numerous Kudos and awards the past few years. We've been especially impressed with their larger 8, 9, and 10 weight rods for saltwater use. The tapers are just right and they all have great power. The 9 foot #10 is one our favorites for smaller tarpon, permit and cudas. All rods come with hard, cordura wrapped cases and cloth bags.
