The Yellowstone Angler is located just south of I-90 on US Hwy. 89 at the edge of Livingston, Montana. We have 4000 square feet of space filled with gear, clothes, and accessories, as well as a huge assortment of flies.

Browse through our fly selection of over 1500 patterns and sizes. Many of our spring creek flies are tied by Rene' Harrop, his family and other famous local tiers. You will enjoy our broad selection of fly rods, reels, and other fly fishing tackle as well as outdoor clothing, artwork, and gift items. We specialize in flies and tackle for the spring creeks and the Yellowstone River, but you'll also find a wide selection of gear and flies for salmon, steelhead, and saltwater fly fishing, from bonefish to tarpon and billfish. Our goal is to help you have a great trip to Montana. Our staff are all accomplished fly fishermen, and you'll like the friendly atmosphere here in the shop and the quick personal service. We are always happy to take the time to help you get started in fly fishing, give advice on more complex tackle requirements, or just answer your questions on fishing, stream conditions and hatches.
