Brachycentrus occidentalis (Mother’s Day caddis) continue to come off despite yesterday’s rain and colder weather. Clarity should hang in there through the weekend. With temps in the 60’s on Saturday and 70’s on Sunday/Monday it looks like the hydraulic prediction has the Yellowstone rising significantly by Tuesday. Today is calling for high winds with gusts up to 38 mph, the weekend looks better but still blowing 7-20 mph. The recent storms have brought snowpack up to 99% which we are thankful for!
