The G. Loomis IMX-Pro is a top-quality, American made rod that casts just about as well as anything you put it up against. With a soft lively tip, the IMX-Pro is deadly accurate when casting in close and the softer tip helps to protect your tippet. The rod has lots of muscle in the mid and butt section power out long casts and doesn’t falter when landing big fish. It is a little heavier in the hand than some of the higher end rods but can cast just as smoothly as the high-end stuff.
